Start from the work, not a headcount
A useful workforce request names the site, the tasks, the shift pattern, and how long the need lasts. A warehouse peak, a facilities roster, and a short project do not need the same arrangement.
Leeward Support Services W.L.L supplies skilled and unskilled people for trades, warehouses, facilities, security, dining, and administration. The first decision is which of those the operation actually needs.
Daily, monthly, or project-based
Daily cover fills a gap without locking the site into a longer roster. Monthly support suits a steady operation that still needs the team size to move. Project staffing stays tied to a defined scope and end date.
Say which of the three you need when you request support. That keeps recruitment, deployment, and supervision matched to the timeline instead of forcing one model onto every job.
Compliance is part of the service
Full labor-law and safety compliance belongs in the engagement, not in a later cleanup. The people on site need to know the rules that apply to the work, and the client needs a partner who treats those rules as part of delivery.
Safety first is one of Leeward’s core values: the well-being of the workforce, the client, and the place of work comes before speed.
When the site uses Maximo
Sites that track assets in Maximo need people who can work inside that system, not only people who can do the trade. Leeward can provide staff trained in Maximo asset-management software so work orders, asset history, and the job on the floor stay connected.
Mention Maximo, or any other system the team must use, in the request. Training and familiarity should be confirmed before people are deployed.
What to include in a request
Send the scope, the site, and the timeline. Add the trades or roles, the shift pattern, whether the need is daily, monthly, or project-based, and any access or software requirement.
A phone number and public mailbox are not listed on this website yet. Use the contact form and choose manpower. An engagement starts only after both sides confirm the scope.
