Our HSE commitments
HSE Policy & Compliance
Our operations are governed by a documented HSE policy aligned with Bahrain Labour Law, local regulatory requirements, and internationally recognised standards, including ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) principles.
Risk Assessment & Method Statements
Every task is preceded by a site-specific risk assessment and a safe method statement, and work permits are controlled for high-risk activities such as working at height, confined-space entry, hot work, and electrical work.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
We provide, enforce, and audit the correct PPE for each task, and maintain a mandatory PPE compliance standard across all sites.
Training & Competency
All personnel receive induction, task-specific safety training, and refresher courses in areas such as manual handling, fire safety, first aid, working at height, and emergency evacuation.
Incident Reporting & Investigation
We operate a transparent incident and near-miss reporting system. Every event is investigated to identify root causes, and corrective actions are tracked to closure with lessons shared across the organisation.
Emergency Preparedness
We maintain documented emergency response and evacuation plans, trained first-aiders and fire wardens, and 24/7 emergency support for critical operational situations.
Environmental Responsibility
We follow responsible waste segregation and disposal, spill prevention and control, and energy-efficiency practices — including HVAC energy audits and retrofits — to reduce our environmental footprint.
Security & Confidentiality
Given our work in naval-base and defense environments, HSE is reinforced by controlled site access, vetted personnel, and strict confidentiality and information-handling protocols.
