Cleaning, sanitization, and post-construction cleanup
Routine cleaning holds a day-to-day standard. Deep cleaning and sanitization reset a space that has slipped, or that has a higher hygiene need, such as a dining area or a clinical-style room.
Post-construction cleanup is a different job. Dust, residue, and protection materials have to come out before people occupy the space. Name it separately so the crew and the equipment match the mess.
Floors, glass, and waste
Floor care and glass care are visible standards. They also affect safety: a worn floor or unclear glass is an operational problem, not only a cosmetic one.
Waste disposal has to be part of the same plan. A clean room with nowhere for waste to go does not stay clean. Say how waste leaves the site, and how often.
Repairs that belong in facilities support
Minor-to-medium repairs in this service include finishing, civil work, painting, tiling, and plumbing. These are the jobs that keep a building in use. They are not a substitute for a specialist system such as a chiller plant, which sits with HVAC support.
Describe the fault, the area, and whether the space must stay open while the work is done. That decides crew size and sequencing.
